In Core Business Range, we are ready to put in the next gear of moving IKEA and making us better together. We have decided that we will focus, simplify and concentrate going forward by putting the product in the center - with a full focus on the core of our assignments.

We are looking for you, who love working with the IKEA range, is passionate about Home furnishing and the business we're in and enthusiastic about solving real needs in people's homes. You will be important in our journey where we have decided to dare to be IKEA, optimize for relevance and have the best possible products at lowest possible price.
We're now looking for Portfolio Leaders.
The Portfolio Leader in the Range Area (RA) navigates the RA portfolio, ensuring movements towards set portfolio strategies and direction. You will report to the Range Area Manager (RAM) and be part of the Range Area management team.
The Portfolio Leader, together with the Range Area Management, ensures that the Range Area portfolio delivers to the IKEA Range & Communication strategy. You facilitate the creation and the delivery of the assigned portfolio through a strong collaboration across teams, both internally and externally and communicate it in a relevant, clear, and structured way. You asses the Range Area portfolio from a fact based, holistic and strategic perspective, connecting it to the total value chain. Business analyses, risk assessment and scenario planning enable you to make recommendations for the right business decisions.
The Portfolio Leader

Has the capability to build strong networks to identify and capture business opportunities and deliver results through timely engagements
Has a strong interest in managing the Range and Product to create customer value
Has the capability and an interest to understand external movements and translate relevant needs into portfolio planning.

This is a permanent role based in Älmhult.
