Physical Security Specialist
About the role
ISS is responsible for physical security solutions for a variety of significant customers within the Nordic region. This position as Physical Security Specialist is situated at two of our Lighthouse Key Accounts in Sweden. You will work in close cooperation with ISS Global and country organizations and together with the customer's key stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities are:
• Superuser of security systems
• Processing and coordination of work requests
• Assessing the safety impact of physical risks and changes
• Control and supervision of security activities
• Security reporting
• Development of safety instructions and coordination of exercises
• Active implementation and management of projects
• Maintenance and updating of security plans and security organization
• Administrative tasks related to the invoicing of the unit
• Provide advisory and consulting in Physical Security procedures and policies
• Support with the Physical Security projects' delivery that have been procured from Subcontractors
Success criteria:
• Key Performance Indicators and Service Levels
• Customer's end-user satisfaction results on a positive trend
• Accurate and timely reporting

The position is a permanent full-time employment with initial probationary employment. Location is Stockholm
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who have 5 years of experience in physical Security operations. You have worked with security projects and thus have a strong communicative ability. It is also of great importance that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

Your profile - Educational and professional background:
• Education suitable for the role (eg college or university level)
• Five years of experience in security and safety positions
• Strong evidence of previous responsibility
• Extensive system experience and knowledge of security technology
• Previous experience in risk management and security work

• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Excellent command of both written and verbal English
• Good social skills and ability to perform
• Customer service attitude and the resulting executive capability
• Strongly proactive and self-directed way of working
• Flexibility and the possibility to work outside office hours if necessary
