About Doktor.se
Doktor.se is Sweden's leading health care app and we are a digital advisory service that gives you faster and better care by phone, chat and video. We are available to everyone when they need help with health and well-being.
We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join our marketing team, who will take ownership of our digital user acquisition programs at Doktor.se. You'll be part of an amazing journey and play a key role in the company. You'll own, handle and optimize the Doktor.se:s digital marketing purchases for social, SEM, video and more. You will also have a crucial part in Doktor.se:s strategy to hold the position of "Sweden's Nr 1 health care app" in both App Store and Google Play during 2020.
Typical responsibilities:
• Total ownership of the traffic and user acquisition to the app
• Prioritize and optimize spend and activities between channels such as Facebook ads, Google UAC, user acquisition networks, Snapchat and other major performance channels.
• Responsibility for activities regarding the Performance Marketing at Doktor.se, such as optimization, follow-up, campaign management, external contacts and so on.
• You will plan, implement, manage and continuously optimize campaigns based on set CPIs, CPA targets.
• Optimize marketing in relevant self-service systems in on social media, search, display, video.
• Analyze, report results and suggest changes to improve our marketing.
We are looking for you who love digital marketing and who feels that it would be fun to work for an app first company. You have good combination of getting things done attitude, analytical sharpness and long-term structure.
You have a relevant education in the field or the experience needed within digital marketing or equivalent. You love to ownership of projects. We believe that you've been working within this field of marketing for several years before.
You consider yourself a specialist in the field and work independently and proficiently in technical platforms such as Google ads, Facebook ads etc. You handle English fluently in both speech and writing and it is a merit if you have worked with apps and/or E-commerce earlier.
You'll be a crucial part of our Doktor.se and our marketing team and you'll report to our CMO.
We would like you to have:
• Relevant training in digital marketing
• At least 5 years' experience from similar positions
• Good knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager
• Fluent knowledge in both Swedish and English
