Mölnlycke is now looking for a People Services Manager - HQ and Northern Europe to join us.
In this role you will lead and coordinate the People Services team assigned to serve as the main service delivery function to Mölnlycke's employees across Northern Europe (Nordics and UK). This team provides first and second line support to manager and employee inquiries and owns the local processes, local administration and operational HR. Your key element will be to lead the operational cycle from hire to retire, and ensure that our services are delivered in a customer oriented and compliant way.
This position will be placed at the global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Among others, some of your accountabilities will be;
Team lead; lead the People Services Specialists team in Northern Europe to ensure best practices customer support to Mölnlycke's employees and managers
Payroll; Management of payroll in all countries in the Nordics except Finland, inhouse and outsourced. You will also be ensuring GDPR compliance is built into all administrative processes and local systems
Compensation & benefits; coordinating and design of local incentive programs, benefits packages and pensions solutions together with country People Partners and the Rewards Team
Global Mobility; designing local adaption to global framework, including processes, tolls and relevant documentation
People and organizational changes management; ensure processes are in place to manage organizational changes in compliance with laws and regulations
Systems and technology; ensuring master data in all people systems are reflecting current situation, including reporting lines, pay and benefits, position and employment data
Onboarding process; where you will ensure implementation of global processes and tools and make sure that necessary adaptions are in place locally
Learning; driving local knowledge management through continually building and improving knowledge articles in ServiceNow for employees, managers and people teams

What you'll need
Successful track record of 5+ years' experience in international HR services/operations roles with best in class HR practices
Experience from complex payroll in general, and from minimum one Nordic country
Experience from working with labor legislation and collective agreements to manage employment relation obligations and payroll related regulations
Strong leadership and management skills to lead a cross cultural team
Strong planning, organization, delegation, problem solving and decision making abilities, together with system savviness
Strong customer service, communication and stakeholder management skills
Positive attitude, result and action oriented with a problem solving attitude
