WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will be a beating heart for us, supporting the organization in its day-to-day operations. This is a very practical role with a lot of focus on problem-solving and a high focus on our people in the supply chain organization. As a People Generalist at Oatly, your day-to-day responsibilities will include tying together different roles to support leaders in People Management & maximize effectiveness within HR processes such as:
• Be the first point of contact for managers in everyday HR-related questions with a high level of service and a business mindset.
• Work with day-to-day operations and build strong partnerships with P&T Community.
• Administrate and own people's data in Workday.
• Coaching & advising managers.
• Culture & engagement surveys.
• On- and offboarding.
• Rehabilitation, Negotiations, Labor law, and Comp & Ben.
• Salary review, Relational issues & Recruitment.
• Leadership and Culture training.
The team is centralized at our Swedish product site in Landskrona and works with the company's departments around the world.

• You have graduated from an HR program.
• Demonstrates organization, structure, accuracy, high efficiency, problem-solving skills, a holistic yet detail-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and drive.
• A vocal team player with a people-centric and service-minded approach, possessing a positive mindset, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and Swedish.
