The Position
At Toyota Material Handling Europe we believe that data-driven insights are key to unlocking the full potential of our people. We are now seeking a detail-oriented, structured and analytical People Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will compile HR metrics from our European organisation, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to develop our people dashboard with a long-term view and strong business link. You will contribute to the enhancement and digitalization of our HR reporting processes. and improve the analytics module As a member of our HR team, you will leverage data-driven insights to shape our culture and deliver insights to the business. Your work will also contribute to drive organisational development, enhance employee engagement and retention.
In this role you will report to Stina Homman.
Your Responsibilities
* Oversee and prepare HR KPI reports and insights to TMHE Management Team, including strategic data analysis, trends, and actionable recommendations.
* Follow up on European data and establish a relevant reporting structure ensuring effective data processing, analysis and data-driven decision-making.
* Manage social reporting S1 in line with the ESRS standard, including benchmarks, analysis, presentation & recommendations.
* Develop reporting structures for Headquarter functions related to TICO's global Social Contribution report.
* Monitor new demands & compliance regarding people analytics.
* Utilise visualisation tools to enhance data reporting and create compelling visual presentations of insights.
Your Profile
* 5+ years of directly related and applicable experience in an international environment.
* Strong general knowledge of HR KPIs preferably from a global HR context.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and knowledge.
* Solid project management skills, enabling you to drive initiatives and support stakeholders effectively.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively at various levels within the organisation and with external stakeholders.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Statistics, Systems Science or a related field.
