In the Payroll/HR Administrator role you are responsible for the complete payroll process with payout for around 300 employees, including expatriates. The role also includes, for example updating and taking part in the creation of HR policies and processes, contact with tax authorities and Försäkringskassan, administration of the Jeppesen pension plan and insurances, participation in global HR projects, cooperation with our finance department, general HR administration and being a part of our HR Shared Services function delivering support to our employees and Managers.
To succeed in this role we see that you have a passion for your area of expertise, that you are self driven, motivated and engaged in what you do and can see how that contributes to the company. You are used to working towards deadlines and it is crucial that you have a structured and analytical way of thinking. As an experienced Payroll Administrator you know how to deliver accurate results on time. We expect all of our HR staff to act with integrity and have a positive approach.
