Do you want to be part of FlexLink's growth journey? Are you an experienced Patent Attorney ready for a new challenge in an international environment?
Main activities and responsibilities
You'll be a part of FlexLink 's, Technology & Innovation division.
You'll interact with R&D, Legal and external IP firms to undertake and manage actions and strategies to protect the intellectual property of FlexLink functionally reporting to the central IP department of Coesia, the controlling holding of FlexLink.
You 'll help setting up the FlexLink IP department in Sweden functionally reporting to and supported by the Coesia IP team in Bologna.

You 'll have a solid technical background and can translate this into a legal IP advice.
Required skills
Proven experience (3-5 years) in the role
Master's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electronics or Automation), Physics, Computer Science or another equivalent technical degree, PhD as a plus
Swedish qualification required (European as a plus), EQE trainees or partly qualified European Attorneys will be also considered
Autonomous management of the process
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Fluent in English
