The Content Partnerships team is seeking a highly motivated Community Manager to help build verticalized communities for content creators on TikTok. You will be responsible for helping to identify new target creator groups, proactively onboard new creators and develop scaled solutions to acquire and manage creator communities.

This role requires a passion for popular culture, artistic creativity and technology. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter who is excited working in fast-paced environments and on multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, can find solutions to ambiguous problems, be resourceful and bring positivity to the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage communities of top users in different verticals (i.e. Education, Comedy, Sports, Gaming) through scaled and higher touch solutions;
• Build relationships with our top users and create scaled ways to create engagement and sustained growth;
• Analyze, interpret and translate key quantitative metrics and business trends around creator communities into strategic insights that drive top users and community growth as well as help to streamline operational workflows and process improvements;
• Contribute to new processes for redefining TikTok's community strategy;
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop, build and execute content programs with verticalized communities;
• Act as an intermediary and advocate between the TikTok community and the TikTok XFN team;
• Grow a passionate, supportive and healthy community at scale;
• Manage and support TikTok's presence at online and offline events in Europe;
• Regularly communicate data-driven partner insights to management and interface regularly with other XFN teams to ensure consistency across the company teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
• BA/BS degree or higher
• 3+ year-experience in a community management or community related role required; or good sales experience is also preferable;
• The Partnerships and Community Manager role includes communicating with cross-functional teams, the TikTok community in Sweden and Europe, our XFN teams and management. Our different teams and management are located in Sweden, London and Beijing. Therefore, advanced fluency verbal and written in Swedish and English is required, and Chinese is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
• Deep passion for creating and managing virtual communities (please include your TikTok username along with your application);
• Experience with online video, social media and/or online influencers;
• Demonstrated success in process management and developing client relationships;
• Event management experience preferred;
• Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills;
• Superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills;
• A team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented;
• TikTok evangelist - you need to be passionate about the community, so please only apply if you genuinely enjoy and are ready to engage with the product;
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
