Our client is an international recruitment and marketing company based in Karlstad, that was founded in 2014. They run job sites and talent communities, built for finding job opportunities abroad. They have grown at a fast pace since their start and are now a small, but successful media company working with some of the biggest brands in the world. This company is focusing on growth during 2019, meaning anyone who gets on the train early has a good opportunity to grow their career in an international company with a dedicated team of colleagues from all over the world.
The role as a Paid Marketing Manager will carry the responsibilities for
Managing and growing the companies paid digital marketing presence
Co-ordinate and lead various product and marketing projects
Budget responsibility for the Companys paid marketing vendor management and communication
Weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
Situations you'll find yourself in daily
Using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, GoogleAds to see what keywords are performing well or not so well
Navigating through the companies Wordpress backend system to learn more about the quality/relevance of job seekers CV
Discuss B2B marketing plans with the companies Co-CEO
Producing and analyzing reports through excel
Requirements
Excellent English language skills
You have a structured & organized approach to your work
You have the ability to multi-task and work independently
Ambitious with a goal to develop your career
Like high responsibilities and know how to prioritize in pressured situations
If you have worked abroad yourself this would be considered a plus as they are looking for someone who share their passion for international experiences.
