About the role
We are looking for a person to temporally join their Sales Support Nordics team in Alingsås to support sales in managing clients regarding offer-to-cash process.
The Sales support team consists of five persons that together have the overall responsibility of supporting sales with the offer-to-cash process, job specialties divided in-between us. We are a tight team working closely together in an open straight-forward climate.
Your main tasks will include:
• Processing orders in SAP including managing interfaces towards logistics and planning - ensure timely delivery to customers
• Arrange shipment of goods / prepare export documentation if needed, contact with shipping agents etc
• Answer customers ' order related questions by phone/e-mail e.g. regarding delivery times, product information etc.
About you
The person suitable for this role has a high level of ability to organize his/her own work, is meticulous and thorough, goal- & result oriented, reliable team player and has an open mind to challenges.
• Commercial High school (i.e. equivalent to Swedish gymnasium) or similar
• Languages English, Swedish. German is a plus.
• Good experience from order & shipping handling preferred
• Good knowledge about Incoterms preferred
• IT; SAP, Office experience
• Technical know-how/basic understanding is a plus
About the employment
This is a consultative assignment. The position is temporally due to parental leave within the department. The position will be filled asap and last until December 31st 2019.
