About Position Green
At Position Green, we bring together leading experts in ESG strategy, communication, and software to help businesses accelerate their sustainability agenda. Our integrated offering spans environmental, social, and governance domains, encompassing strategy advisory, data management, reporting, e-learning, and executive training.
With more than 700 clients and over 350 employees located across 10 offices in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the US, Benelux, and the UK, Position Green is at the forefront of corporate sustainability.
You'll join a dynamic and diverse team of talented colleagues with expertise across a wide range of fields. We pride ourselves on a collaborative, non-hierarchical working environment and a strong team culture that encourages feedback, innovation, and the sharing of ideas.
About the Role
As an Operational Systems Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for colleagues seeking guidance or support with our internal systems. Working closely with colleagues across departments, you'll tackle technical challenges, enhance processes, and ensure the systems are used effectively-all while managing tasks and requests through our internal ticket system.
In this role, you'll be part of our Operational Excellence team, a dynamic group of nine who combine expertise, ambition, and a collaborative spirit to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage systems like HubSpot, Moment/Milient, StartDeliver, DealHub, FreshDesk, and SharePoint
Create processes and workflows that make it easier for teams to use and benefit from these tools
Provide support to colleagues with system navigation or troubleshooting via the internal ticket system
Collaborate with team members on projects to improve operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and has a natural knack for problem-solving. You thrive on helping others, enjoy learning new systems, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly. While we don't expect you to have experience with all the tools we use, familiarity with platforms like HubSpot or SharePoint and a proactive mindset is a great plus.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field
Great communication skills in English (written and spoken)
A strong technical mindset and a natural curiosity for learning new tools
A service-minded approach - you enjoy supporting colleagues and solving challenges
An eye for detail and the ability to keep things organized
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and/or JSON is a plus
Location
We believe you're based in Malmö or Stockholm and can work from the office at least three days a week, with flexibility to work remotely when it suits you.
What's Next?
We review applications on a continuous basis, and personal suitability will be key in our decision-making process. We hope to have our new colleague starting as soon as possible.
