Our Exciting Opportunity
Here's the deal! This is an opportunity to be part of the next step in developing our products. We enable millions of simultaneously connected mobile users while handling traffic from IoT to 4K video in Gbit speeds. All of this is in a virtual deployment using containers as we are in an ongoing containerization/cloud transformation to meet the 5G journey.
We stand at the forefront of Agile software development, using methods and principles like Lean and Scrum. Early customer and partner feedback are key elements in our development process which is based on Continuous Integration Software practices. We rely on team collective responsibility to finish the tasks according to a prioritized backlog. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, intelligent, and fun Operational Product Owner (OPO) that is interested in the technical evolution of our products and can take initiative and drive the High Availability and Geo-Redundancy product area forward.
Deep technical competence in the High Availability area is not required as a prerequisite but the expectations is that you build up your competence in the area to be able to prioritize and influence different solutions.

You will
Explain "What" & "Why" to the team
Lead break-down of features into user stories
Maintain and prioritize the work within the area and the product and team backlog
Balance new features, maintenance and improvements as product life cycle responsible
Secure product quality and maintainability
Build, maintain and communicate business understanding
Accept or reject the team's work result
Represent your area in planning and highlight risks in development

Our teams are cross-functional, self-organizing and highly autonomous. The teams will design, implement and test the feature, product and system from requirements to production and commercial deployment.

To be successful in the role you must have
MSc/BSc level in Computer Science or equivalent level of education
Lean and Agile knowledge
Customer & Business Understanding
Knowledge in software development and test
Product Life Cycle Management knowledge
Relating & Networking skills
Skill to Adapt & Respond to Change
Knowledge Sharing skills
Communication and Presentation skills
Fluent in English, written and oral
Ability to craft clear visions of what you wish to build, and can convey and communicate that vision to others and say no when required
Ability to gain solid understanding of users, the marketplace, the competition and future trends, in order to make sound decisions
Passion for your product and for what you do and think in long- and sustainable-terms and take pride in understanding the whole product and its environment
Determination to do what is vital to build the best possible product


And it is great if you have these additional skills and experiences:
Knowledge about the Packet Core Controller (PCC) product
Knowledge about cloud infrastructure, containers
Customer interaction experience
