We have a feeling that you have a true passion about Electromobility as a technology domain and what it can do to transform the transportation industry.
As an Operational Excellence Leader, you will have the responsibility to:
Develop and contribute to core processes for Electromobility in line with our development processes. You will implement, drive and coach Electromobility in processes as well as represent Electromobility in different cross functional forums and communities of practice.
You will Identify improvement areas and set up plans for continues improvement. Drive efficiency improvement programs and continuous improvement within Electromobility.
Secure stakeholder involvement within the organization for all activities, build and maintain a strong network within Electromobility and with peers in the Volvo Group.
What to bring:
• Master of Science or similar university degree or equivalent in experience
• Previous experience of driving operational excellence in a global organization
• Strong project management skills, preferably from automotive industry
• People management and leadership skills
• Excellent capability for collaboration and stake holder management.
• A holistic view and mindset, with a strong ability to go into details
• Great communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels
• You are recognized for being self-driven and are able to deal with uncertainty
• Meritorious: Competencies within Volvo process and tools, particularly DVP, agile principles and methods
