About the position
As an Online Merchandiser in the Global E-commerce team, you will be responsible for managing the European DTC Dometic websites ensuring that they are always up-to-date and promote the right assortment in an appealing and user-friendly manner. The role aims to make it easy for consumers to find and purchase what they want, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. The role is placed at HQ in Solna Strand, Stockholm and will report to E-Commerce Manager, EMEA - also based at HQ.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage and update the website, including campaign pages, product listing pages, and product descriptions, to ensure accurate and engaging content.
- Work closely with the e-commerce manager to align merchandising strategies with business goals.
- Optimise site navigation and product placement to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product management teams to promote key products and campaigns effectively.
- Ensure the website is merchandised according to brand guidelines and seasonal trends.
- Monitor and analyse site performance metrics, implementing adjustments to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform stock orders.
- Conduct regular audits of the website to ensure all content functions properly.
- Utilise data and consumer feedback to make informed merchandising decisions and improve the online shopping experience.
- Stay updated on e-commerce best practices and industry trends to continuously enhance website merchandising.

A suitable background would include experience in merchandising within an e-commerce environment with direct-to-consumer offering - either direct from university or equivalent, or through a couple of years' experience working in similar role. You also possess the following qualifications and experiences:
Relevant degree in business administration, marketing, communications, e-commerce or similar study field Strong understanding of web content management systems and e-commerce platforms. Ability to analyse data and use insights to inform merchandising decisions. Experience with SEO and user experience best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Adobe Commerce (CMS), inRiver (PIM) and Google Analytics is a plus, though not mandatory. You are fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Bilingual in Swedish and/or German is a plus.
