This is an initial 6 month assignment with good opportunity of extension, starting in May 2017. You will be working at their Nordic HQ in Kista.
The Role
Your primary task is to support our client's Online Training team in maintaining and developing their Nordic online training portal and loyalty/incentive program for Floor Sales personnel in their retail stores. You will:
Plan, produce and publish editorial content, as well as lead editorial calendar together with external agencies and internal Master Trainers
Secure that production of online trainings aligns with global and local guidelines and make sure they are following the set online training strategies
Secure that translations are approved by local stakeholders and be main contact point to translation agency in order to improve translation quality
Support Retail Program Specialist in the overall online training strategies
Analyze content reach, impact and quality in order to constantly identify improvement areas
Execute promotion and product campaigns
Editorial responsibility of the website
Support the team in channel specific engagement activities in close collaboration with Sales teams.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with
University degree in marketing or education as e-learning producer or similar MS Office user, mainly Excel and Power Point Fluency in English Proven track record working with content production, editorial calendars, training and/or education Experience in e-learning production is meritorious Work with content production within fashion or electronics industry is meritorious. Experience in project management is meritorious Experience as a floor sales men or field force is meritorious
and furthermore, someone who is
Innovative and creative Agile Problem solver Trustworthy Ability to initiate, communicate and execute ideas Project management skills Relationship builder with people management skills Interested in the electronics industry is a must
