As Business Support Responsible, you ensure that Svea region offices are managed in an efficient, superior and cost-effective manner meeting all tretton37's standards and values. Business Support enables our employees to spend more time with customers by making sure that the office runs smoothly. Typical responsibilities will be:
• Planning and execution of events, trips and conferences
• Office - from finding new to furnishing
• Support all employees and stakeholders with appropriate work tools
• Day to day responsibilities such as furnishing and maintenance
• Purchasing and provision of work tools and office fundamentals (office supplies, beverages, fruit etc.)
• Handle and negotiate contracts for facilities and office suppliers
• Fire & physical safety
• Switchboard
• Company insurance
• Budget documentation
• Functionality of Wi-Fi and internet services, computer licenses and access keys
As some of our events are during evenings, we are looking for someone who is able to work flexible hours when necessary. You will also travel to the Borlänge office at least 2 days a month.
What we think you need to succeed:
• Proven track record as independent and self-starter
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude
• Strong communicator, both interpersonal and in writing
• Cooperation skills and execute in a high paced environment
• Several years of experience from a service role, professionally or voluntarily
• Experience in successfully leading events and/or conference trips
• Strong written and spoken Swedish and English
• And last but not least; passion for craftsmanship and desire to provide great service.
