To our customer we are looking for an Office Manager.

We are looking for a self-motivated team members who is passionate about people and want to learn new skills, work in multidisciplinary teams, and deliver excellent quality work.
The Office Manager is the pulse and glue of the studio! Managing all day to day tasks to ensure the studio operates smoothly. In addition to this they will be responsible for building office culture, acting as point of contact for our employees and working very closely with the Nordic HR Lead and HR te

ams.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years experience in Office Management and proven experience in dealing with people on a personal level.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Office / Facilities
• General office maintenance
• Ordering, receiving and checking deliveries, signing off invoices
• Perform daily reception tasks, signing-in guests, answering the phone, taking messages
• Managing and organizing meetings
• Ordering and/or buying food for meetings
• Managing all contractors on site. Overseeing their work and troubleshooting where necessary
• Arranging and managing traveling
• Managing deliveries and mail
• Liaison with the landlord's agent on all property related matters including service charges, maintenance etc
• Help IT Manager with ad hoc hardware & software queries
• Ensuring new starters have sufficient kit for their day and reclaiming kit from leavers
• Assisting Management team on daily tasks

People duties

• On-board new employees, taking them through key operational information and Accenture systems, ensure their desk is ready for them and they have all their equipment
• Manage general employee relations' questions and enquiries.
• Manage security keys/cards for the office

Other responsibilities:
• Adhere to the values of professionalism, open mindedness and integiry.
• Actively demonstrate and inspire colleagues to develop and maintain open honest and trusting relationships.
• Communicate in a clear, consistent and transparent manner.
• Perform other related duties as and when required.

Knowledge, Skills & attributes

Understanding of Swedish employment law (basic understanding) an advantage *Experience within a creative SME or small to medium growing services business is helpful. *Personable and approachable. *Independent and professional. *Proactive, self-sufficient and willing to learn, with strong organizational, time management and communication skills. *Ability to function, adapt and succeed in a constantly changing environment. *Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. *A passion for excellent service and enthusiasm. *Proficient in relevant software packages - Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
