At Sting, we support startups and help them reach their goals faster and smarter. We are the leading incubator/accelerator in the Nordics. Since 2002, we help companies by providing coaching, investments, PR and marketing support, networks, recruitment support, and free office space.
Our team is around 20 people (plus a lot of experts in our network) and we have coached more than 300 companies over the years.
So, what do you want me to do?
As office and event coordinator, you will do a wide variety of things such as:
Greet visitors
Make coffee
Empty the dishwasher
Receive packages
Fix smaller technical problems (like trying to figure out why the copy machine is not working)
Provide access keys to our office space and keys to lockers
Order catering for events
Make basic updates on our website
Get the office space ready for in-house events
Get everything back in order again after the event is over
Assist in a variety of ad hoc tasks relating to the office and events

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
In order to succeed in the role, you need to:
Be prestigeless. Your job is fairly broad, and you need to be comfortable doing a variety of things.
Be service-minded and social. Since you are the first impression for many of the people that visit us, it is important that you like greeting people and making them feel welcome.
Be tech-savvy and curious-minded. Sometimes, the problems that you face are of the more technical kind, like fixing the copy machine. We don't expect you to fix all such problems, but it is good if you have an interest in trying to solve them.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Wordpress (or an interest to learn!)
Have great English language skills.
