Position Overview
We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience and contribute to the overall success of our support operations.
This is a temporary role (approx. 1 year) based on-site at Permobil's brand new cutting-edge innovation center in Birsta, Sundsvall, or at our office in Stockholm (Spånga).
Your Responsibilities:
Handling general Customer Enquiries from Customers, Users or other relevant stakeholders internally and externally, such as order management, claims and returns, warranty, tracking of orders, invoicing and cash collections in one or several markets,
Order Management,
Conduction of other administrative work in alignment with the EMEA Customer Support,
Support process improvement and implementations withing the area,
Sales activities where applicable.

To succeed in this role you have:
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or other relevant educational background,
Experience from similar position; medtech industry experience is meriting,
Good IT-skills; experience from D365 would be an advantage,
Fluency in English and Norwegian; additional languages besides local language would be an advantage,
Passion for Customers and delivering outstanding customer service,
Clear communication skills and ability to show empathy and use a positive language.
