Our international client is now looking for Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to assist their team during the upcoming Christmas shopping period.
Kungsholmen, Stockholm
• is the central location of our client, and hopefully your new work place.
Customer Service & Social Media
...is what you will be working with. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries on various channels, such as the telephone, e-mail, chat and social media.
Fluent in Norwegian and a service-minded attitude
• are the few requirements that we have. You need to be able to communicate in spoken and written Norwegian and have a great drive and solid service skills. Experience is not needed, your language competencies and your attitude are what matters most.
November - January
...will be your preliminary period of employment. If you do a good job, and enjoy working there, there are possibilities for an extension afterwards.
Day shifts, 9-18
• is the time of the day, when you will be working. We would also like to hear from you if you are a student or similar and is only able to work part-time.
