One of our clients is looking for a professional and customer focused Social Media Manager/Community Manager (Norwegian speaking) who has passion for Social Media and strong copywriting skills. Our client provides worldwide practical solutions that quickly influence consumers and the market with new ideas and perspectives.
The Community Manager manages the social media content and moderates conversations on Facebook and other social media accounts of their client's. On a long term this position can develop towards more client responsibility as an Account Manager.
The main responsibilities will be:
• Generating content that is in line with the tone of voice of their client's brand.
• Present the content to your client (in collaboration with the Account Manager).
• Once approved, you'll program and post the content on the different social media channels.
• In order to amplify the impact of your posts, you make creative use of movie clips, visuals, and links.
• You'll be the conversation moderator and will be checking, analyzing and encouraging all conversations on your pages.
• On a regular base you will support the Account Manager in creating social media campaigns and promotions, including app development and ideation.
• You'll be supporting the Account Manager in reporting to the client on a weekly basis with an overview of the current progress.
• The Community Manager will support the Account Manager in developing in agreement with the client the long-term strategy to keep the community lively and healthy.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Norwegian is your mother tongue and you are fluent in English.
• Excellent copywriting or editorial skills
• A passion for online and social media
• A higher education degree
• Creativity, client-orientated, team player, strong communications skills
• Knowledge of the current software tools
• Mastering app development software and Photoshop is a plus
• It is to your advantage if you have experience as an Account Manager, but not a requirement
You will be employed as a consultant at MultiMind and the assignment is on long-term bases. We offer a probationary period of 6 months and follow collective agreements. We have over 14 years of experience from the staffing industry and put a lot of focus on our consultants.
