For our biggest brand Nordsjö, our Nordic marketing department is seeking an enterprising Nordic Marketing Manager with senior marketing experience and good organizing skills. You will be part of a dynamic team of enthusiastic colleagues with a strong strategic, analytical and creative foundation and help to build the most professional marketing department in Scandinavia. A wide range of internal and external contacts will place heavy demands on your social skills and your ability to cooperate. This is a job in a challenging and exciting environment where hard work is expected. Your reference will be to the Nordic Commercial Director and you will have a team of 3 senior people reporting directly to you (Nordic Brand Manager for DIY market (B-T-C), Nordic Brand Manager for the professional market (B-T-B) and a Product Manger). In return for all this we offer a varied and interesting position with lots of exciting experiences, challenges and above all more than 22 cheerful and inspiring marketing colleagues. Your main task, in corporation with you team is to continue the brand strategy, and marketing plans. Deliver world-class activities in each sales cycle in the "do-it-your-self-market" and on the "professional market" in the Nordic countries. Launch new products and new concepts. You will spend more time on the professional market (B-T-B), then "do-it-your-self-market"(B-T-C). All in cooperation with our Nordic Innovation team, EMEA & Global colleagues and our local Activation Managers. In corporation with the team and our Nordic Intelligence Manager, prioritize the marketing mix in order to reach our goals. Monitor competitor products and behavior. Optimize packaging design together with our packaging coordinators. A&P budget responsibility. Maintain/launch websites in the Nordic countries. Participate in local sales meetings when needed. You have Master of Science in Business Economics/Marketing or equivalent. You have at least 7 year of working experience in a marketing function from a company working within FMCG products, retail, professionals (B-T-B) or equivalent. You are analytical, structured, but also creative and are able to keep many "tasks in the air at the same time. As a person you are enterprising, outgoing and a "hard worke". You work systematically and extremely analytically, and are able to remain focused in stressful situations. You are assertive, have good presentation skills and are a team player. You also have a good sense of humor and a natural interest in woodcare, paint and colors.
