Philips’ activities are organized in three different sectors: Healthcare, Lighting and Consumer Lifestyle. Each sector is responsible for the management of its businesses both on a Nordic and global level. Global Service Units are providing general internal services within the areas of F&A, General Purchasing, Real Estate & Facility Management, Human Resources and IT to all Philips sectors worldwide, organized by the Country Organization in each country.
Your overall responsibility is to provide one of our sectors with high-quality and timely HR services. The HR business Partner contributes to the development and execution of the business strategy of the assigned sector, driving organizational capability development and representing the people and organization dimension in the management team.
You will consult and coach business leaders on employee issues and sustainability and champion employee engagement, supporting growth and development of people in the business.
You will be a part of our Nordic HR team reporting to our Nordic HR Manager based in Stockholm. You will be hired into the Swedish organization – be located in our office in Kista, but operate on a Nordic level. Together with your HR colleagues you will implement and support corporate HR initiatives or projects. You are responsible for communicating and ensuring compliance and consistency in your assigned sector.
In the role you are also responsible to report and manage data required in various systems and tools; HR systems etc.
As a part of this role you will also support the assigned sector in Sweden with local HR Services. This includes for example Leave and Termination, Industrial relations, Health and safety, and Q&A from managers/employees.
The job requires a driven independent team player. With this we mean that you will independently drive your job in the sector, but in strong alignment with the rest of your HR colleagues from the other sectors or the Nordic countries.
We are looking for a person with a degree in Human Resource Management or similar. You should have 4-5 years of professional HR experience.
We believe you have experience from an international organization and have demonstrated responsiveness to a high volume of customers.
As HR Business Partner you shall show strong empathy, coaching skills and ability to develop people. At the same time we want you to have a structured way of working; and to be a change agent, who can strongly drive change processes. Therefore we believe project management & process improvement skills are important.
You need strong communication skills, verbally as well as in written. Since Philips is an international organization you need to be fluent in English as well as local language.
