On behalf of one of our clients in Solna, we are currently looking for a customization planner for a temporary assignment. The assignment will start in November and be ongoing for at least 6 months.

Publiceringsdatum2012-10-10Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a Nordic Customization Planner you will have the overall responsibility for planning and execution of all co-pack activities in the Nordic region. The work is carried out at three co-packing sites and you will work in close collaboration with our co-packers in order to ensure stock availability of co-packed products, maintained quality and that our financial targets are met. The work involves continuous improvements of current processes and implementation of new processes in order to enable an efficient flow from the first idea to point of sale. You will in this role be part of the Nordic Supply Chain team. The role may require travel within Sweden, the Nordic Region and occasionally Europe.
Key responsibility and tasks:
• Work with marketing and local sales teams to ensure optimal design of all co pack items, e.g. cost efficiency, quality, manufacturability, stability during transport, etc.
• Translating forecast into a weekly production schedule
• Ensure that all production orders and pack plans are communicated timely to co-packers
• Ensure that pack instructions are available and up to date for all co-packed products
• Manage inventory and replenishment of all packaging materials
• Select, manage and maintain operational relationship with all packaging suppliers
• Ensuring that master data is set up and maintained in local ERP and SAP systems.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have a relevant university degree and previous work experience in a similar position. You also have supply chain experience and very strong Excel skills. Furthermore, your English and Swedish is exceptional, both written and spoken.
Experience from working with ERP systems, preferably SAP and BPCS is meriting.
You are a team player who also excels when working independently. Moreover, you have good organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure towards deadlines.
