Our principal role is to develop and maintain the power network. We are currently investing SEK 10 billion in the network to increase security of supply. We have around 800 employees in Trollhättan, Stockholm and Luleå.
MySAP Utilities Coordinator
The IS/IT unit has overall responsibility for IS/IT in Nordic Distribution, which are including the daily operation of our applications and developing our business with IT as the tool. The unit is also responsible for developing and realising the Nordic Distribution IT strategy along with the IS/IT project portfolio. Other areas of responsibility that fall within the unit are IT infrastructure, IT security and driving the development of a common Nordic structure within IT.
One of the most critical systems used within Nordic Distribution is mySAP Utilities. The Customer System Council governs mySAP Utilities and in this position you are a member in this council.
Main responsibilities
As a mySAP Utilities Coordinator you will
• Drive changes by own initiative in Customer System Council and Distribution processes
• In Customer System Council target is to improve and synchronize systems, processes and cooperation
• Coordinate, follow up development and support business unit Nordic Distribution
• As a mySAP Utilities Coordinator at business unit Nordic Distribution you will work closely with persons responsible for mySAP Utilities in Customer Service and VBSN.
• The position is located in Stockholm.
Qualifications
• An appropriate background is working with mySAP Utilities or good experience as a project leader.
• You have good English communication skills. Swedish and Finnish is an advantage.
• You have the ability to simplify difficult issues and also present and communicate them in an understandable way.
As a person you are:
Business oriented and likes to take own initiatives. You have a financial understanding and the ability to analyze things from a helicopter perspective.
You see problems as challenges and are driven by reaching results.You like working within teams and with the user/customer satisfaction in focus.
