As a model booker at NA-KD you will be a key component in one of the fastest growing e-commerce companies in Europe and be part of creating and developing the future of e-commerce together with us! You will have a lot of contacts and build strong relationships both internal and external. As a Model Booker you are in charge of our model casting and agent relationships to both our e-com and our editorial campaigns. You will be part of our Creative Content team, which is a dynamic and growing team and you will be working closely with our studio and merchandising department.
Your Future
• Be at the forefront of the model casting, finding new agents and strategically planning according to tight deadlines and strict budgets
• Ensure we have the best models to fulfil the growing company demand
• Negotiate with agencies regarding contracts and prices
• Create and maintain good relationships with agencies and models
• Coordinate the whole process of model booking such as hotel booking, transportation and food for the models
• Book approximately 10 models per week to our 3 studios
Your Past & Your Skills
• A passionate individual who strives to constantly improve and stay up to date on the latest fashion and generation X & Z trends
• Previous negotiation skills experience
• Education within relevant field such as merchandising, finance, marketing, purchasing or similar position and/or relevant work experience
• Your creative goals are set high and you have a genuine interest in social trends, sales, merchandising, photography etc
• Strong people skills and excellent communication skills
• Passion for planning and coordinating
• Strategic planning according to budget
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
