Then you might be our new Mixing Area Leader at Carlsberg Sweden's water & soft drink bottle production site, located in Ramlösa, Helsingborg.
Job description
In the role of Mixing Area Leader your main responsibility is to lead and develop the Mixing Department at Ramlösa plant. You manage a team of six operators and make sure the team deliver production output according to overall strategy. You are also part of the Ramlösa Management team and reports directly the Plant Director.
Responsibilities
• Lead by example in ensuring a safe, efficient, and engaged workplace.
• Manage compliance to food safety and hygiene and standards within the area
• Union negotiations and collaborations
• Manage area financial budget/targets (OPEX) and achieve KPI targets
• Responsible for the development of people within the area
• Manage and participate in continuous improvement projects
• Drive performance gaps closure and continuous improvement of KPIs through effective use of Lean TPM Methodologies
• Ensure that all Carlsberg standard methods, tools and process are implemented in accordance with regional and global agreements
• Actively participates as part of the management team to develop and implement strategy and objectives.

About you
We believe you have a university degree within engineering or equivalent. You have around five years' experience within a production environment with at least two years at manager or team leader level. You have experience in managing people and plant delivering performance improvements through Lean TPM methodology. Since we are a global organization, you are fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
As a person you are an inspirational leader, with strong influencing and relationship-building abilities, who champions continuous improvements. You have solid analytical skills and a strong planning/organizing attitude. We also believe you have a strong tendency for action and are results oriented, with the ability to prioritize and work independently, as well as proactively.
