About the role
Join us during a time of exciting worldwide expansion as a Global Media Trainee (50-75 %). In this role within our Global Customer & Marketing team, you will support Hästens primarily by coordinating between the headquarter team and media publishers, while ensuring creative guidelines and deadlines are met. This position is currently a temporary (12 months) but might transcend into a Coordinator position.
Hästens is in a high-growth phase as a company, so this position will be pivotal in supporting the global teams responsible for executing the organizational growth.
Responsibilities
Media material coordination
• Support the Media Manager by coordinating material delivery process for all media bookings with the media publishers (Focus: Print, Digital) across all markets once the bookings are completed. Regularly in touch with media publishers and agencies across the world.
• Ensure material specifications are complete.
• Coordinate additional translation and copy needs where required.
• Ensure final creative meets the media publisher specifications.
• Track all deadlines and delivery status for each publisher.
Reporting
• Assist Media Manager in compiling monthly reports by collecting data from dashboards and agencies for all media activities.
• Create monthly overview of advertising for all countries including competitor activity.
• Ensure "Media Library" in Köping is always up to date.
Digital Campaign management
• Assist Media Manager in set up, execution and optimization of digital campaigns.
• Regular check active digital campaigns for compliance with ad requirements.
• Ensure correct tagging is in place.

Experience
• Student in marketing or a closely related field. University degree (Bachelor/Master) is considered a merit.
• First experience working for either a media publisher or agency or a B2C brand in the premium/luxury sector is a plus.
• Understanding and interest in all paid media touchpoints (Focus: Print, Paid Social). Hands on experience with media management is an advantage.
• High attention to detail, documentation, and organisation.
• Preferably first experience in working with tools such as Microsoft Office365 (Teams, Planner, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive), Zoom, Mac Keynote and Adobe Creative Cloud. Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Google Tag Manager.
Other requirements
• Location: preferably South Sweden or Copenhagen
• Excellent English skills are a must as English is the working language
• Regular travel to Köping, Sweden is required
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
