We're looking for a creative and talented Marketing Specialist - with focus on web! Are you ready to leave your comfort zone and embark on a new, high-paced adventure, where the theme is innovation and advanced engineering?
The Marketing Specialist reports to the Marketing Manager and fulfills the Company Marketing plan in accordance with established guidelines and budgets. He / she will develop, coordinate and support online activities.
Authorities and Responsibilities
• Execute day to day details for web marketing programs and strategies.
• Create, maintain and optimize the social media strategy and content.
• Improve search-engine rankings with various search engine optimization tactics
• Assist with crafting, testing, delivering and reporting on email campaigns
• Assist with producing recurring and ad hoc reports that enables managers to understand and analyze key performance metrics, ROI and other actionable data points related to web marketing programs and web user behavior.
• Maintain Company website content pages via CMS tools.
• Website user testing and quality assurance.
• Recommend and pursue website user experience enhancement projects.
• Identify content objectives by uncovering customer needs, and execute appropriate marketing plans.
• A minimum of 3 years working with web and social media within an international and global business
• Bachelor's degree in relevant area
• Knowledge and experience in tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Result-oriented and a fast learner. Thrives at a fast pace, where conditions and environment constantly change.
• Works well independently but is a team player.
• Must be energetic, outgoing, and take initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
• Experience in working with content marketing.
