The Role
We are looking for a head of Growth to help us build and lead a best-in-class performance marketing team.
You are a born leader, a digital marketing nerd, and never satisfied until you have exceeded your KPIs. Ultimately responsible for acquiring and converting customers in all our digital channels, you will work to optimize our acquisition strategy across the whole marketing funnel together with the in-house team and external agencies to help us achieve our goals. As a part of Svea Solar's central marketing management team, you will play a central role in setting our growth strategy in all our markets.
• Responsible for setting a growth strategy & budget in all of Svea Solar's
• markets, and for all customer segments
• Develop and Execute amazing marketing campaigns
• Develop and implement automated campaigns (email, social media etc)
• Implement best-in-class analytics of all marketing tools & tracking, reporting of
• all ongoing initiatives
• Work closely with the rest of the rest of the marketing team (Local markets,
• content team, etc) to optimize throughout the marketing funnel
• Build and lead a best-in-class growth marketing team
• Bring new ideas to the table on how we can take the company to the next level
What we expect from you
• A self-starter, proactive leader and strategist who is not afraid to roll up the sleeves and get hands on
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment
• A strong growth mindset, with experience working with the whole marketing funnel
• Data driven
• Great communication skills
• Experience in SEM, SMM, SEO, CRO, Display, Native, and experience in building a strategy in all areas to maximize our growth
