We are looking for you who is passionate about sharing and learning cross people, countries and cultures. Motivated to collaborate across IKEA stakeholders to plan, review & share best practices for growth and also passionate about leading, inspiring and developing co-workers both within the CoE and in the countries. Keen to work agile and being open to change and open to share and live the IKEA culture and values.
You will be the key contact person for the countries regarding gathering market input and sharing best practices. To be the voice of a specific cluster of countries on all IKEA Business Plan (BPL) topics. Able to drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered.
You bring:

As a person you have proven advanced training in business management, marketing or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of working with information management, commercial plans & cross-functional collaboration. Proven strong interpersonal skills, project management skills and documented leadership skills.
Your responsibilities
As our Market Input Leader, you will possess knowledge of how to systematically create, capture, share, manage and utilize knowledge within IKEA and between co-workers. Have good knowledge of how to organize, store and maintain records and information across IKEA and how to initiate, plan, execute, control and close a cross-functional project. Sound knowledge of how to enable business change, by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to customers in a continuous delivery process. Able to create and implement change initiatives and manage stakeholders in IKEA. Passion for designing and developing learning materials to enable co-workers to develop their competencies. Having strong affinity towards IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation.
In more detail, you will:
• Be the voice of a specific cluster of the countries in which the Leader is located, to provide input to the ONE IKEA BPL process
• Define & execute process for country input and closing feedback loop to countries
• Be the ambassador representing the Ingka country Business planning by meeting with stakeholders across the IKEA group of companies
• Take a leading role in IKEA BPL discussions to ensure that the plan reflects the country's needs & requests, and share those needs with other Market Support Centers of Expertise
• Secure consolidation and alignment within all Ingka countries and Ingka functions to create a holistic
picture and identify common Ingka gaps and opportunities in the BPL portfolio
• Work across functions within the Ingka group and in good collaboration with other IKEA companies throughout the year cycle to support the country needs in global strategic planning.
• Responsible to lead & manage cross-functional business cases and projects for identified global INGKA gaps and opportunities in the business plan portfolio that require collaboration across the IKEA companies
• Provide frequent updates to the organization to secure the common projects and business cases are delivered in the agreed upon time frame
This role is located in Malmö, Sweden, and reports to the Growth & Range Planning Manager.
