In growing this business, we are looking for a Market Area Manager to be responsible for about 10 employees. You will be responsible for defining strategy and vision and action plan to achieve the set goals for our BU. On this level you should enable for and contribute to a healthy and friendly working environment and culture. Responsibility P/L on MA level as well as yearly budget, forecast and follow-up. Initiate and plan of endorsed offers in line with our relocation and growth strategy Define growth areas and coordinate sales. Activities such as initial customer relationships, relationship-building activities for customers and collaborations in AFRYS 'own organization.Together with other Team leads, we are expanding a multidisciplinary design team ranging from digital to physical and strategic design.
Who are you?
Preferable you have a background within Design Thinking, UX strategies, Business design/-Development or similar.
