Central Europe and Eurasia is looking for a new Controller
The market area consists currently of seven markets. Those are Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Germany, Austria and Kazakhstan.
This is the job…
As Market Area Controller you will report to the EVP of Central Europe and Eurasia and be highly involved in the following activities:
• Follow-up of the financial performance within the market area, including support ahead of the public release of the quarterly results
• Management of the MA budget and projection processes, including preparations, iterations, analysis and presentations
• Valuation and impairment testing
• Challenger program
• Various ad-hoc assignments to provide support to business decisions
You will work closely with the local finance functions across our geographical footprint (7 countries at present) and with other Group functions.
This is what you have...
• At least 3-5 years of qualified experience within finance, such as controlling or audit/consulting. Telecom experience is meriting
• Very good knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish and Russian is meriting
• Strong capabilities in communication
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
• Analytical
• High work capacity and ability to handle stress
• Team player
• Personal maturity and high degree of integrity
• Ability to create structure without being in need of structure
• Strong university degree, preferably within finance

This role is one of the key roles in the Tele2 Finance organization, due to it’s breadth (covering 7 out of our 9 markets) and influence (reports directly into the EVP for the region). It therefore offers a unique development opportunity for someone wishing to develop their leadership, influencing and analytical skills in the Tele2 Finance function.
