At Husqvarna Group, innovation is in our DNA. With over 330 years of heritage and a passion for pioneering technology, we design and deliver world class products and solutions for forest, park, garden and construction care. From robotic lawn mowers to cutting-edge chainsaws and sustainable battery systems, we're shaping the future - and we want you to be part of it.
Do you want to play a key role in developing our global spare parts operations and lead a team in a central function within Husqvarna Group? We are now looking for a Manager Product Parts & Technical Services who will take full ownership of our spare parts portfolio, take responsibility for improving related processes and Way of Working, and secure high data quality throughout the entire product lifecycle.
About the Role
In this role, you will report to the Product Service Support Director and become a vital part of the Product Support Management Team, within Aftermarket & Services.
Your main responsibility is to operationally support daily tasks within Product Technical Specialist and Parts Specialist Teams, handling daily requests and inquiries from Sales, R&D, Sourcing S&OP, internal stakeholders as well as from other Aftermarket colleagues.
The role combines strategic portfolio ownership, daily operational coordination, and strong leadership of the teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Management
Own and manage the Spare Parts portfolio across the full product lifecycle, including policy and phase-in/phase-out
Act as Aftermarket process owner for PLM/Teamcenter and ensure high-quality Parts & Accessories data across ERP and EPC systems
Coordinate team resources across NPD, PI and other Aftermarket initiatives, securing clear project deliveries
Lead brand licensing activities to support new business opportunities
Daily Operations
Support Product Technical Specialists and Part Specialists to ensure timely deliveries according to PCP and development milestones
Enable effective cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Sourcing and Sales
Support initial volumes and spare parts forecasting
Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and ways of working in a growing Aftermarket environment
People Management
Lead, coach and develop a technically skilled team of approximately ten members
Responsibility for recruitment, performance management and people development
Ensure team competence and compliance with PCP and Aftermarket deliverables
About you
You have experience working in structured development processes (e.g. stage-gate, sprint-based or similar) and understand project-based deliveries across different development phases.
You have a technical or engineering background and strong coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel priorities in a dynamic environment.
Aftermarket in Construction is a relatively young area, and processes, ways of working and interfaces are still evolving. This requires a leader who is adaptable, pragmatic and willing to challenge existing structures to create clarity and long-term value.
You thrive in change-driven contexts and are comfortable shaping processes and ways of working in a developing Aftermarket organization. You are professional, collaborative and clear in your communication, and able to represent Aftermarket needs with confidence across the organization.

This is your chance to influence how we work with service and support and contribute to an even stronger customer experience. You will become a key player in a dedicated team focused on quality and continuous development
