hela Sverige Product Engineering Unit Transport is one of the three Product Engineering Units in HW EU, responsible for the end-to-end development for our Transport products.
Customer Engagement & Support is the main interface between customers and our development teams in PEU Transport. Our aim is to drive product introduction of our portfolio by securing fast responsiveness and qualitative support and continuously striving for an improved customer experience.
Job Summary:
We are now looking for a manager to lead our Microwave Product Introduction team and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product introduction of our microwave portfolio. As a manager you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.
We are looking for a strong and passionate leader. As Manager for PI Microwave, you will be responsible to provide pre-and post sales support in terms of FOA, PoC, Trials, TAcc & Demos. You will be expected to initiate and lead change initiatives to continuously improve customer satisfaction, flow efficiency, learning, etc. to improve our overall performance with the aim to secure our business through high quality customer engagements.
Responsibilities:
Manage all product introduction, including regional competence readiness, for all products in the microwave portfolio, in close cooperation with the PL Transport, teams in the development units as well as CU/market areas
Drive engagement with the regions and customers, including PoC, FOA's Demos and trials.
Secure successful initial deployment and roll-out of products in cooperation with regions and Service Delivery
Handle escalations and coordinate needed efforts for critical customer situations across the PEU and PL
Closely interact with Sales Support and PL Transport counterparts to secure smooth and responsive product introduction
Key Qualifications:
Education: Minimum BSc level in a relevant technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge
Excellent and shown leadership skills
Has a genuine customer focus
Excellent customer relation management skills
Strong technical background and good product knowledge of telecom equipment, primarily within the microwave domain
Solid business understanding and knowledge of operator realities and demands as well as a passion to provide solutions and support for customer needs
The right person for the job should be passionate, collaborative, customer focused and used to work in an international environment.
