Work with other internal Netflix teams and external production partners to define dailies and post production workflows, such as HDR/SDR colour pipelines, master delivery and final archive.
Track and manage all post production related costs
Collaborate with internal teams like Creative, Production Management, VFXm Title Operations, localization and not only
Work with Netflix filmmakers to ensure friendly experience of working with Netflix
Troubleshoot issues and communicate all changes to schedules to internal/external teams
Determine key external post production vendors to accommodate creative vision and relationships, budget needs, training requirements
Lead and assist with key hiring for post production staff
