ABOUT THE ROLE

As Manager of Performance Management you will oversee a talented team of developers, who are responsible for the platforms driving network performance insights across all our networks and services. This team is newly formed in this setup, presenting a unique opportunity to lead and drive a technical transformation in the area. You will play a key role in forming and guiding this team to new heights, collecting vast volumes of network data to deliver actionable insights both internally and to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include strategic direction, stakeholder management, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects. You will provide leadership, coaching, and support to your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Additionally, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team's capabilities, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

In addition to your team leadership responsibilities, you will also be a vital part of the Network Data leadership team. Here, you will contribute to driving our data-driven agenda, strive for continuous efficiency improvements and enhancing network reliability. Your expertise and strategic insights will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of our network infrastructure.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We believe you have:

- Experience in a managerial role
- Experience from technical field
- Ability and interest in strategy, stakeholder management and project management
- Ability and interest in coaching and developing your team
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken

Meriting experience:

- Experience from the Telecommunications industry
- Experience working with large amounts of data, automation and efficiencies
- Experience leading technical deliveries
