Department "Online Development & Operations" are working to realize Vattenfall?s digital strategy by pursuing a number of very interesting projects that aim to improve Vattenfall?s websites and different apps. In parallel, we also operate Vattenfall Customer Service Online.
We are about 10 specialists in the department and we are now looking for a new manager with a passion for digital transformation!
For the right candidate this is a challenging and exciting assignment. You will break new ground and work with all of Vattenfall?s customer and business segments. You will work in an area that over the next years have the highest priority. Our department is organised within Vattenfall Customer Service Nordic, and in this role you will be part of the management team for Customer Service, and report to Director of Customer Service Nordic.
Do you want to shape the future?
Within department Online Development & Operations we:
>> Analyse and align our various Vattenfall clients' goals, and development needs into concrete improvements within the online area, we are proactive in the transformation from doing business via "traditional channels" to new and other online channels
>> Drive and steer these transformations and improvements using a professional, project management approach
>> Are responsible for Vattenfall Customer Service (Nordic) operations in social media
>> Act as the single point of contact "SPOC" towards Vattenfall?s IT-organisation regarding for example online improvements projects, SLA?s, and the release planning
>> Handle incidents and continuous improvements for Vattenfall Customer Service online.
You have a relevant university degree (or equal), and a minimum of five years relevant work experience in a managerial position. You have demonstrable experience in developing new businesses, managing teams in constant change and challenging environments. Most likely you have done at least one large successful digital transformation.
Your personal characteristics should include:
>> Ability to work in large and complex organisations
>> Good interpersonal skills
>> Verbal and written communication skills, your command of Swedish and English is strong, both verbally and written
>> Analytical and structural skills
>> Strong credibility built through both business insight and leadership
>> As a leader you are clear, visible and courageous.
