Consumer Services is the function within Connected Solutions that is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. We work in tight collaboration with the Volvo Group Business Areas and customers. We drive and manage the performance of the services and the business areas portfolios over the life cycle. Together with our stakeholders we create value through fantastic user experience and business enhancing services and products.

We are now looking for a Manager New Services within Consumer Services. You will in close collaboration with our business areas and customers develop services that will help grow the existing services portfolio beyond productivity and connected uptime services. You will in this position take responsibility to put in place a roadmap, way of working and cross functional team as needed.

Key Responsibilities
In close collaboration with business areas and customers, establish a roadmap of potential new services based on identified needs and available connected assets.
Grow the connected services portfolio beyond productivity and uptime.
Develop, improve and maintain the new services to be high performing over the life cycle.
Lead the way of a minimal viable product approach and user oriented services.
Build, develop and lead a high performing team and innovation culture.

We believe that you have a good knowledge of how connectivity and data, together with a genuine interest in understanding the needs of our business areas and customer, can be used to bring forward new services that will help to improve value to our customers. You are creative and know how to take an idea to a "ready to use" service. You are passionate for people, customer value and technology.
You have a Master's degree or equivalent as the basis for your career. You are fluent in English. International business experience is a merit. The successful candidate will have shown a winning attitude and great persona in combination with a strong track record and references.
Competence Profile & Qualifications
Solid experience in connected assets, micro services architecture and data flows.
Experience and knowledge in services design and development.
Genuine interest in our business areas and customer business.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Successful in building excellent working relationships and networks.
Strong leadership courage, entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality.
A strong believer in culture, genuine care for people and value driven performance.
