This is how you could make an impact
As Manager Business Control you will lead a team of Business Controllers working with infrastructure services which includes IT Quality, IT Security, partnership, vendor, and license financial management. The team is primarily located in Europe and India. You will have a key role in driving performance and resource performance management including competence and career development activities.
You will, together with your peers, secure the Business Control function delivers effective and efficient finance support in an efficient, lean, consistent, and standardized way across organization. You operate in a global context, having several interfaces within Volvo Group Digital & IT Finance but also outside in the Volvo Group.
You report to Head of Business Control and will be part of Business Control Management team. It is preferred that the position combines with business control assignment.
The Business Control function consists of appr 45 professionals located world-wide. The Business Control function is divided in several teams and are performing overall business control activities of Volvo Group Digital & IT and managing the financial interaction with the Volvo Group counterparts. It includes follow-up, planning and estimates of IT cost and deliveries. We also closely interact with and provide financial advice/support to management and managers in the Volvo Group Digital & IT organization as well as contributing to the overall transformation of Volvo Group.
