We are looking for:
A dedicated Operations Manager to manage, mentor and develop our bar teams within our various outlets. The candidate must be vital in ensuring the business's operations run smoothly.
The primary responsibilities of an operations manager include handling the logistics of the organisation's work to improve the company's business processes. They aim to strengthen client relationships, ensure the successful continuance of business operations, and supervise employees. The job holder will be expected to harness a working environment that encourages teamwork, energy and creativity. To achieve this, they should have strong leadership, excellent problem-solving, and good communication skills.
This role requires someone who can think on their feet and make quick decisions with little hesitation. Candidates should be educated to degree level and have previous experience in the relevant field.
About You
• Have a natural flair and passion for service and working with quality products and exciting drinks menus
• Personality combined with the ability to engage everyone around you and build long-term rapport with both the customers and your colleagues
• Enthusiastic, quick thinking and a welcoming personality
• An excellent knowledge of food and beverage
• The ability to mentor and supervise junior staff
• The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service ethos and the ability to deliver consistently high levels of service
• Exposure to a 4 or 5-star environment in the hospitality industry would be essential
