Central Supply Management (CSM) within Processing Solutions is looking for a manager for Plant Components. We need to strengthen our capabilities, and you have an excellent opportunity to make a difference. You will lead a team with the focus on creating, establishing and supporting an attractive global portfolio of standard components. Plant Components are responsible for our product portfolio which is divided into commodity groups as pumps, valves, instruments, electrical & automation components and integration components, with a product manager for each.
The task is challenging and also stimulating with objectives committed by the business area management. The global volumes are substantial and your efforts will be imperative to fulfil the role. You and your team will work in close co-operation with our clients - business units and clusters - in order to reach global targets. This call for adaptability to overarching global needs and the capability to break it down into solid action plans. The ambition level is high and a successful candidate has the stamina to make it happen. Your contribution and passion to fulfil objectives is essential.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Set and follow-up on objectives and performance targets
• Be the overall driver of global standardisations and continuous improvement of the portfolio and the different commodity groups
• Drive information, training and knowledge build-up in business units and clusters
• Motivate, energise and inspire the team to reach objectives and performance targets
• Provide coaching and support team members in their development
• Work closely with clients to achieve best possible product portfolio
• Ensure that the team works in accordance with process and comply with policies

Kvalifikationer
This calls for a strong and energizing leader with good business sense, commercial awareness and a driving personality. You should be self-going and multi-tasking as a person. You have the ability to act and work in networks. You must also be able to communicate effectively in English at all levels and have cultural sensitivity.
You have relevant education and previous management experience. Food process knowledge is qualifying.

The Product Portfolio consists of homogenizers, high-pressure pumps, separators, heat exchangers, systems components, plant components and control panels. We are 230 employees and situated in Lund.
