• Build Leading regulatory services combining process knowledge and deep data and regulatory data models into best of class solution and service provider in regulatory.
• Act as a business development manager for RD Focus on EU, US and top 20 accounts (enterprise)
• Provide link to partners representatives within EU and top 20 accounts for regulatory services (mostly with Veeva, IQVIA and potentially others)
• Develop regulatory offerings and new partnerships within Research and Deveopment (RD)
• Drive pre-sales of business, tech and data related opportunities in regulatory
• Build a 40+ Regulatory Service organization (EU+US and Offshore)
• Build market leading solutions for Regulatory Operations
Delivery:
• Deliver on RD projects as a subject matter expert for customers globally
• Oversee delivery for projects related to RD and ensure customer satisfaction
Research & Development (RD):
• Member of RD leadership team providing strategic direction for regulatory services and contributing towards achieving overall RD ambitions
• Participate in the RD recruitment effort
• Support the establishment of the brand, company and team
• Line manager for RD Regulatory Services with responsibility for developing people
