As Management Trainee, you are part of the company leadership team and will be attending all executive management meetings. We promise you that you will learn more here during a week than what you learned during months in your education. And you will never have a boring moment!
About you:
We are looking for a doer with a strong inner drive. You'll be working with many different projects simultaneously and you are good at structuring your work tasks and deliver on time. You take initiatives and you are strong at analysing different problems. You naturally take ownership and dare to challenge when needed, and you do what's necessary when needed.
University degree, probably within engineering or business. Meritorious with master's degree.
Ability to work on multiple different project simultaneously
Analytical mindset
Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and in writing. As we are growing internationally, a third language is meritorious.
The role includes:
The role as Management Trainee will entail a diverse set of work tasks and it can cover anything from creating presentations, make analyses, be responsible for both internal and external projects to be looking at future strategic plans and drive international development projects.
