About the job
Egmont is now searching for an E-Commerce Manager, with extensive experience and deep skills in project management that will be part of the Nordic e-commerce team.
You will be responsible for leading and developing a high performing team of two E-commerce Consultants based in Gothenburg.
This position reports to Egmont Publishing's Investment Director.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Business/Finance and/or Engineering.
• 4 - 6+ years of experience from project work related to business development and growth opportunities.
• Experience as a Management Consultant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as experience from leading others.
• Advantage will be if you have experience from eDM.
Tasks:
• Benchmark (Conversion, ROI, COS etc) and define improvements
• Identify and define new improvement projects and potential business drivers
• Develop reporting procedures as well as KPIs
• Establish and execute A/B testing
• Support in M&A processes
• Operate as a key account for all Egmont medias
• Negotiate contracts
