IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
Powertrain Assembly & Maintenance IT works together with Powertrain Production and Industrial Maintenance to accelerate business development through digitalization and collaboration. The team secure daily business operation and delivery of the right IT services and needed IT capabilities to fulfil the business objectives.
We are now looking for a senior Maintenance Manager with a significant interest in coordinating the digitalization and managing the contract with a big third party application, securing daily business operation, acting on new demands and accelerate business development.
Your tasks
You will be responsible for optimizing the right IT for our customers within Scania Industrial Maintenance. You will handle new demands, set a common roadmap with the business, and drive the development and implementation of roadmaps and maintaining the quality of deliveries. You are also responsible for a contract with a large third party supplier, where you will be a confident negotiator between the supplier and customer. You will adopt an agile approach and be the primary contact for the end users within the company.
Your work amongst other will cover:
• Infrastructure and application maintenance.
• Work with budget and follow up of cost
• Handling IT questions and demands.
• Participate in management team meetings and create and present material.
• Maintain our global maintenance system (Maximo) where you collaborate with the Business globally and with our external supplier.
Your profile
In order for you to be successful in this role you know how to transform business needs to requirements and work together with business users and IT. You have the ability to manage different tasks simultaneously and have a big interest to create value for the customer.
• You have a good understanding of agile culture and ways of working.
• You have the ability to coordinate and manage cross functional deliveries
• You are fluent in English and Swedish.
• You have experience with budget handling.
• You have a degree in IT or equivalent work experience and 10-15 years of experience in a leading role, such as Line Manager, Maintenance Manager, Project Manager, Portfolio Manager or BRM and a significant interest in IT and Industrial Maintenance MRO.
