As Maintenance Manager, You will play an important role in the site management and be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance. You will lead the maintenance team in escalating abnormalities and incidents affecting operational reliability, while supporting development of equipment and implementation of upgrades. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with contractors, oversee repairs, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies, supporting operational needs and proactive solutions.
Main tasks
Maintain and develop operational reliability in all parts of our value chain.


Follow up and assist both corrective and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.


Be involved in continuously improving existing machinery, as well as bringing in new equipment, machines and automation.


Manage spare parts and equipment inventory, ensuring availability when needed.


Establish and maintain relationships with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers.


Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and supervision


Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs while ensuring quality service.


Be on-call, and react quickly when something is wrong, help fix it and analyze it afterwards to see what we can do to prevent similar incidents from happening.



Qualifications
Have a relevant background and formal education within fields like electrical, automation, industrial mechanics or engineering


4+ years experience in a technical role in an industrial environment, working with control systems (PLC-Siemens S7, mechanics and production IT).


Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment documentation using an Enterprise Asset Management system (EAM)


Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly and successful engagement with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from various operations departments, fostering strong, positive relationships.


Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances, proactively solve problems, and make effective decisions in a dynamic operational environment.

Have strong interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration across different operations departments, fostering a harmonious work environment.

Can work fluently in English; Swedish orNorwegian is considered a plus, but not a requirement.
