Come join our M&A Integration & Carve-out team!PwC M&A Integration & Carve-Out services help clients identify the potential of the proposed transaction and to ensure that they realize the full value of the transaction through structured transformation of the business operations.
With a focus on operational areas, we support our clients when they plan, prepare and implement M&A integrations in connection with company acquisitions, as well as IPOs or carve-outs during sales. In addition, we also carry out various types of due diligence work linked to companies' operational activities prior to transactions. Our projects are often international and you will have the opportunity to work in teams with experienced consultants and industry experts.
Our work is highly strategic, and you will therefore have great exposure early on to our clients' management team. We work with all types of industries, which means that you get a very broad experience from several different industries. Our clients are both large industrial companies and Private Equity companies, in Sweden as well as abroad.
For us in our M&A integration & carve-out team, it is important to be a team player, therefore we organize joint team events and activities. We have an open-minded atmosphere and everyone gets a good insight into what is happening in the group and the company as a whole. In addition, we offer our clients complete solutions, you will therefore have many projects together with other teams within PwC Corporate Finance, Management Consulting and Strategy&.
We are now looking for applicants who have an interest in how companies work and who want to work with a combination of Management Consulting and Corporate Finance. Especially with operations associated with an M&A, carve-out and IPO.

Preferred skills
We are looking for applicants who have an academic degree in economy or engineering and is recently graduated or who has up to two years of work experience. For this position a Bachelor degree is required, and Master degree meritorious. You have preferably experiences from studies or internships abroad. You are fluent in Swedish and English in both oral and written communication.
We believe it is important that you are interested to establish trustworthy contacts, easy to collaborate with and enthusiastic and positive. Other qualities we value are taking initiative, communicative, analytical ability, creativity and business thinking. We would like you to grow and develop together with PwC.
Being a management consultant at PwC requires a strong own drive and proactivity, as well as commitment and ability to perform under pressure. We are looking for candidates who combine business acumen with very good analytical skills, and have an ability to learn quickly. It is also important that you handle people well and have the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, both internally and with clients.
