About the position
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our client, a major player in the automotive industry. This is a full-time position where the work takes place on-site at their office in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will have a key and versatile role with responsibility for a specific market. Your main focus will be to ensure the efficient and seamless delivery of vehicles to dealers while optimizing daily operations and the supply chain. This position offers a combination of operational and strategic tasks, allowing you to work on both detailed planning and long-term development initiatives. You will collaborate with multiple departments and play a crucial role in optimizing the logistics flow for your designated market.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate transportation to ensure timely vehicle deliveries to dealers
Optimize transport flows and identify areas for improvement in daily operations
Develop forecasts for transport needs and planning
Ensure accurate pricing in transport and delivery processes
Participate in development projects to improve and enhance operations at both strategic and operational levels
Your characteristics
To succeed as a Logistics Coordinator, you need to be a structured and solution-oriented team player with strong communication and collaboration skills. Your ability to manage complexity and solve problems will be essential in optimizing logistics flows and ensuring smooth deliveries. Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent experience
Deep understanding of logistics, transport, and port processes and requirements
Understanding of end-to-end processes
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English
Meritorious:
Fluent in Swedish
Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2025-12-31. Start as soon as possible.
